Registration & Accommodations
Society Registration: Fees for all social activities must be prepaid. There is no meeting fee, but you must register. Limited prepaid tickets for the social activities will be available at the TSS registration desk for an additional fee. New for this meeting – for the Saturday Presidential Banquet – you will select your main course entree. Registration is now open. Register by September 16, 2026 to avoid late registration fees.

Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations: Please take a moment now to reserve your room at the newly renovated Omni La Mansion on the Riverwalk. Reserve your room soon to receive the favorable negotiated rate. When you make your reservation, and also when you check in, please identify yourself as associated with the Texas Surgical Society to ensure that the Society is credited for your stay against our guaranteed room block. Please refrain from booking your room through a third party, as this does not get counted toward our guaranteed room block! The deadline for the hotel reservation is September 16 at 5pm. After this date, the rooms will be released for general sale. Reservations received after this date will be taken on a space-available basis and will not be guaranteed the group rate.

Despite the value of formal papers prepared for publication and presentation before large audiences at National Meetings, many of our problems are solved by informal discussions with our friends. By tradition, the meetings of this Society have been a forum for the unhampered expression of opinions without fear of being quoted or misquoted elsewhere.
